People might associate keto diet as one of the way to lose weight, but honestly, I’m doing this because I just wanna have a better health and a longer life expectancy. Yes, this diet is considered to be one of the healthiest lifestyle for you.
In general, when you’re in Ketogenic Diet, you’re gonna consume very low carbohydrates, moderate protein, and high fat. The goal is to make your body change the source of energy from carbs to fat. This is why people who do keto diet tend to have slimmer body, as their body literally burn fat in their and turn it into fuel.
